The Da ‘Ono from Danger Von Dempsey’s ATY is a variation of last year’s winning burger. Playing on their strengths of having a pizza oven, they have kept the bierock-style hand burger and fused it with the iconic Hawaiian snack Spam Musubi. Da ‘Ono is filled with ground beef, red cabbage, red onion, white cheddar, pineapple, and spam. Served with a side of Furikake seasoned white rice brushed with black truffle oil. Also accompanied by house-made teriyaki sauce and their signature Ali’i Aioli. The Ali’i Aioli is their riff on a yum yum sauce.
